The suites

A door thatcloses, and yourname on it

A private suite you lease and run as your own business. You set the prices, keep the calendar, choose the products and put your own name on the door.

Why professionals choose Amor

A private suite,
run your way

Bethesda, Tysons and Sterling share the same approach: a private space for your business, owners who answer the phone, and a building designed with input from a working beauty professional.

The lobby at the Tysons building looking back to the glass doors: polished marble underfoot, a spiral ring chandelier overhead, brass sconces and navy velvet seating.

7917-B Westpark Dr, McLean VA Where your client waits.

You focus on your clients. We take care of the shared space.

At Amor Studio Salons, serving our tenants is a priority. We respond promptly to service requests, and our cleaning crew cleans the common areas and restrooms throughout the week. This ongoing support helps you focus on running your business and caring for your clients.

Cleaning covers the lobby, corridors, break room and restrooms. Your suite is yours to look after.

Sterling suites start at $325 per week, with preleasing incentives. At Bethesda and Tysons, weekly rates depend on the suite. Ask for current rates and availability before you book a tour, or come and see the suites in person.
