Family owned

A stylist and a builder,
behind every suite

Amor Studio Salons is family owned by Dennis and his wife Kellye, and their two backgrounds shape every suite.

Kellye is a hairstylist and a permanent-makeup artist, so she knows what the work in a suite needs: where the light falls, how the air moves and how much sound carries between rooms. Dennis’s background is in construction and real estate, so he knows how to find the right location and build it out properly.

Sterling is our newest location, at Cascades Marketplace in Loudoun County. It is preleasing now and expected to open in November 2026.

The unit

A room with a door, a number and a lock

Not a chair on somebody else’s floor and not a curtained bay. An Amor suite is a private room that closes behind you, with your own number above the frame and your own key. At Tysons the doors are full-height glass with black hardware.

Lighting, ventilation and soundproofing are planned around what beauty professionals actually do in a room. Fixtures and furnishings vary by suite, so ask what comes with the suite you are considering. How it looks and feels for your clients is up to you.

    Each suite is a private room with its own door and number, so your clients get your full attention and your tools stay where you left them. At Tysons those doors are full-height glass with black hardware.

    Many Amor suites have a sink, counter and cabinetry inside the room. Fixtures vary by suite, so ask which suites have them when you inquire.

    At every Amor location, Sterling included, all utilities, Wi-Fi, on-site laundry and marketing support are included, and you have 24/7 access to your suite.

    Prompt service and clean shared spaces

    At every Amor location we respond promptly to service requests and maintenance concerns, and our cleaning crew cleans the common areas and restrooms throughout the week. Cleaning covers the shared spaces, not individual suites.
